Introducing Echo Alliance

The Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is a long time client of Launch Media, and we were excited to work with them again in 2022 on a multi-pronged promotional project to introduce Echo Alliance, a powerful new group of collaborative women, working to revolutionize treatment for cervical cancer at the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.

Video Production for Social Media

The MBP Cancer Center team first tasked us with creating videos for social media that featured several of the standout ladies in the group. Each featured member of Echo Alliance could then use the social media length video to help promote the group and its work. 

A Look at Live Production 

In addition, the MBP Cancer Center team was planning an inaugural event to celebrate the women in the group as part of their membership dues. The vision for the event was something unexpected, sophisticated, and similar to a TedX format with surprise keynote speakers. Our team created an introductory video and looping videos for the event in addition to handling all AV within the space at L’Auberge. 

Stage Design

In addition to our video production work, we also got a chance to flex our creative design muscles. We worked closely with the MBP Cancer Center team and the event planners to design and build a stage that was unique and complimented the room aesthetic for the event. The final result was a circular stage that emulated the design of the Echo Alliance logo.

Coordinating Production  

Because we were working with such an incredible group of women, scheduling time to film with everyone proved to be a bit of a logistical challenge. However, our producers deftly handled coordinating production days and reschedules to accommodate our client’s needs. The resulting videos, social media impact, and event were remarkable, and we are so proud of the part we played in furthering the work of Echo Alliance.
