This impressive amount of work will require thousands of additional skilled workers than the region currently possesses. Our client’s objective was to promote the construction industry as a viable career with upward mobility. NCCER tasked us with capturing a different side of industrial construction than isn’t typically portrayed in media and advertising. Each of these three spots challenges the viewer to rethink their notion of what career in construction means.
