Three O’Clock Project: Stories that Matter

Three O'Clock Project

We’re excited to share Stories that Matter, a video series highlighting local businesses, organizations, and individuals who are striving to help their community through this pandemic.

First up, we’re highlighting the Three O’Clock Project, a local nonprofit that provides healthy meals and nutrition education at no cost for at-risk students after school when the bell rings at 3:00.

During recent school closures, Three O’Clock expanded their reach, ramped up operations, and served over one million meals in one month to students in need all over Louisiana.

We interviewed Executive Director Emily and the team at Three O’Clock to help spread the word and share their amazing work feeding kids in need and supporting the restaurant industry! Check it out!

Help us spread the word and share their amazing work feeding kids in need and supporting the local restaurant industry!

Follow us on social to see who’s featured in the coming weeks!

Stories that Matter a video series highlighting local businesses, organizations, and individuals who are striving to help their community through this pandemic. We want to share creative problem solving, shed light on neighbors helping neighbors, and lift up those who are refusing to give up despite the economic and social struggles.

Much like the impetus behind shows such as John Krasinski’s “Some Good News,” we wanted to produce and share good video content to help our local community through COVID-19 in the unique way that video can.

If you’d like to nominate a business, organization, or group of individuals for Stories that Matter, contact us and tell us about their story!
