Just a few years ago, the vision was pretty narrow when we thought about the word “video” for HR teams: video interviews, B-roll of the office and some peppy stock music.
Using video is a great way to stand out when you’re recruiting: According to a 2015 survey by Futurestep, a quarter of respondents said they used candidate video applications as part of their recruiting process, and about a quarter used recruiting videos like employee testimonials and day-in-the-life experiences on their career website.
